We are running Four Physiotherapy Fitness and Weight Loss Training center in East Part of Ahmedabad, Our Clinic is Located in Bapunagar near India Colony Road, 2nd Branch in Vastral near Nirant Char Rasta and 3rd Clinic in Amaraiwadi , Near Rabari Colony Char Rasta towards Sureliya.

We Have well Equipped center with Supportive training staff mainly Physiotherapist are working in center. we give Balanced Diet Program according to Your Life style , Exercise that are easy to do at home and in our center and also use electric Machine mainly for elderly people who are not able to do exercise regularly.

Follow Up Session are mostly Daily or Alternate Day or weekly available depends Upon Personal choice, to measure weight , BMI, Girth Measurement.

Balance Diet Plan and Physical training are Most natural way to reduce extra fat in our Body, Other Machine life Electric simulator and Cavitation are also available in center but these are not preferential normally.

Exercise is also helps to strengthen our Body Muscles, Bones and improve fitness and Helps in reducing extra Belly Fat. We suggest mainly Aerobic exercise training that will useful for Heart, Lung and Minds.

Strength Training of Weak Body Muscle and Stretching of Tight Muscle also Part of Exercise and improve overall fitness of Body.

We are group of Physiotherapist also worked in Obesity with Paralysis, Arthritis and any other related disease in which special extra care is require.

Aged People who are not able to do exercise and proper training session and Difficulty in walking just because of Obesity we can helps in gait training and also reducing weight loss.

 Home Visit Facility :

People who are Busy Individuals and not able to visit our center regularly, we provide home visit in early morning session or according to appointment or timing suitable.

We Provide Home visit service in East Part of Ahmedabad, area mainly Bapunagar, Odhav, Vastral, Amaraiwadi, Nikol, Maninagar, Rakhial, Uttamnagar and Nearly area.

We also Provide weight loss facility for Paralyzed patient, other disease in which patient not able to move, and require special care at home.

Online Training :

Those who are not in Ahmedabad and wanted service from us, we provide online Training session and Diet plan.
